Jack McCoy, an Army Special Forces soldier, finds himself in the battle for his life in the Peruvian jungle. What began as a perfect one-man strike to exterminate a ruthless warlord quickly becomes a disaster when an explosion takes his eyes and several limbs.

Later, recovering from his injuries, he is endowed with new mechanical limbs and an experimental set of bionic eyes. but unknown to him at the time, these eyes see more than just what's in front of him. Trained back to health by a former karate master with a secret, McCoy is inhabited by the one thing this master fears a demon ninja who will use McCoy's newly conditioned body to slaughter the world.
